Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights does not apply to internal disciplinary proceedings where all that is at stake is the individual's job. It would be engaged, however, if the outcome could determine a person's right to practise a profession. The fact that the outcome makes it more difficult for a person to find a job is not enough.
