Injunction to enforce disciplinary procedure

An injunction may be awarded to stop an employer dismissing where the employer fails to follow a contractual disciplinary procedure.
L was a Senior Rabbi at a synagogue. The synagogue committee claimed there were issues with L's performance. Disciplinary rules were contained in a by-law. A new procedure was given to L which differed from that in the by-law. Evidence suggested this procedure was drawn up specifically to deal with L.
