Final salary pension calculator launched by employment barrister Allan Roberts in association with Jordan Publishing
Allan Roberts has launched a new "Pension Calculator" in association with Jordan Publishing. The online calculator enables users to simply and quickly estimate the likely pension loss for Claimants in Employment Tribunal cases. It adopts the approach set out in the Tribunal Guidance which is suitable for Final Salary Pension schemes with retirement ages of 55, 60 and 65.

The tool provides a helpful indication of the likely recoverable loss. Depending on the information used the tool will provide a Substantial and Simplified loss calculation, providing a comparison in appropriate cases.

The Jordans' Employment Law Information Portal provides visitors with news in context and practical insights into the latest cases and developments in employment law. Barristers in the employment team regularly present their view on recent developments in the form of short news articles explaining the significance of case law and applying the law in practice.
