Standard of proof of participation

On 13 July, the General Court handed down judgments in the appeals brought by Unipetrol, Dow, ENI, Trade-Stomil and others against the Commission's decision on 13 July 2011 in the synthetic rubber cartel. The court annulled the Commission's decision insofar as it concerned Unipetrol (and its subsidiary Kaučuk) and Trade Stomil and reduced the fine imposed jointly and severally on ENI and its subsidiary Polimeri.
