Scottish Professional Football League Ltd v Lisini Pub Management Co Ltd [2013] CSIH 97; [2014] UKCLR 366

On 15 November 2013, the Inner House of the Court of Session dealt with litigation in relation to the screening of SFPL matches using Polish decoder cards. The Court held that the CJEU had been clear that territorial limits on decoder card use were anti-competitive, and allowed Lisini to pursue a claim on that basis.
