Reduction/annulment of fines in international removals case

On 16 June, the General Court handed down its judgments in a number of appeals against the Commission's decision of March 2008, imposing fines totalling €32.76m on companies involved in the international removal services cartel. The companies that appealed were Ziegler SA, Team Relocations NV, Gosselin Group NV, Verhuizingen Coppens NV and Putters International.
