Prestressing steel cartel

On 6 October 2010, the Commission announced that it had reduced the fine imposed on four of the 17 producers of prestressing steel found to have participated in a cartel. On 30 June 2010, a fine of more than €518m was announced by the Commission. The figure has been reduced to €458m.
