National Grid Electricity Transmission plc v ABB Ltd and Others [2013] EWHC 822 (Ch); [2013] UKCLR 177

On 11 April 2013, the High Court ordered that French defendants to a follow-on action be subject to disclosure requirements. A number of French defendants had argued that such disclosure would expose them to the threat of prosecution under a French blocking statute, and that EU Regulation 1206/2001 applied. The High Court rejected those arguments.
