Groupe Eurotunnel SA v Competition Commission [2013] CAT 30; [2014] CompAR 77

On 4 December 2013, the Competition Appeal Tribunal quashed a merger decision of the Competition Commission (CC) on the grounds that the assets acquired did not amount to an ‘enterprise’. The case is important in its consideration of the meaning of ‘enterprise’ in the context of UK merger control.
