Final Decision of The Office of Communications CW/988/06/08: Complaint from THUS plc and Gamma Telecom Ltd against BT about alleged margin squeeze in Wholesale Calls pricing; [2013] UKCLR 349

On 20 June 2013, the Ofcom published a decision in which it found that BT had not engaged in a margin squeeze as alleged by two complainants in relation to the pricing of wholesale calls. Although the Ofcom found that most elements of the test for margin squeeze were fulfilled, it did not find any anti-competitive effect.
