Erroneous increase for recidivism

On 13 July, the General Court handed down its judgments in the appeals brought by ThyssenKrupp, Kone, Schindler and Otis against the Commission's decision of 21 February 2007 in the lifts and elevators cartel. The decision was upheld in respect of Otis, Kone and Schindler. However, the fine on ThyssenKrupp was substantially reduced (by around €160m).
