ECJ rules that two concurrent investigations of similar cartel behaviour do not lead to double jeopardy

The European Court of Justice has ruled that the investigation of the switchgear cartel by the Czech national regulator did not lead to “double jeopardy” even though similar conduct was being investigated by the European Commission at the same time.
