Deutsche Bahn AG and Others v Morgan Advanced Materials Plc (formerly Morgan Crucible Co Plc) [2014] UKSC 24; [2014] UKCLR 667
On 19 April 2014, the Supreme Court upheld the appellant’s appeal, holding in so doing that the Court of Appeal had erred in its consideration of the relevant time limits for the bringing of a claim under s 47A of the Competition Act 1998. The respondents’ claim was struck out.
