Decision on an alleged abuse of a dominant position by CH Jones Ltd; [2014] UKCLR 391

In December the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) published a redacted version of its Decision finding that CH Jones Ltd was not abusing a dominant position in a ‘diesel bunker card market'. The OFT held that there was not a relevant market that could be characterised as either a direct bunkering market, or a bunker market.
