Decision of the Office of Fair Trading – Roma-branded mobility scooters: prohibitions on online sales and online price advertising, CE/9578-12 Competition Act 1998: [2014] UKCLR 63

In November the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) published its infringement decision in relation to restrictions on the online sale and price advertising of mobility scooters. The OFT placed particular emphasis on the value of online information and sales in this market, and found that the restrictions put in place had as their object the restriction of competition.
