Dahabshiil Transfer Services Ltd v Barclays Bank plc; (1) Harada Ltd and (2) Berkeley Credit and Guarantee Ltd v Barclays Bank plc [2013] EWHC 3379 (Ch); [2014] UKCLR 215

On 5 November 2011, the High Court granted interim injunctions restraining Barclays Bank from terminating the supply of certain banking services to money services providers. The court held that there was a triable issue whether Barclays was in a dominant position and whether it might be abusing that position. The balance of convenience favoured the grant of the injunctions.
