Arriva The Shires Ltd v London Luton Airport Operations Ltd [2014] EWHC 64 (Ch); [2014] UKCLR 313

On 28 January 2014, the High Court found that, on the assumption that Luton Operations abused a dominant position in giving National Express a 7 year exclusive operating licence and by discriminating in favour of easyBus. Arguments relating to dominance will be heard at a later date.
