Airline passenger fuel surcharges for long-haul flights: Infringement of Chapter I of the CA98 and Article 101 of the TFEU by British Airways Ltd and Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd CA98/01/2012; [2013] UKCLR 206

On 19 April 2012, the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) made an infringement decision in respect of the parties' fixing of passenger fuel surcharges. This decision was not published until April 2013. A penalty of £58.5m was imposed on British Airways plc, under the terms of an early resolution agreement.
