Air cargo cartel
The Commission announced on 9 November 2010 that it had imposed fines of €799m on 11 air cargo carriers. It found that Air Canada, Air France-KLM, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Cargolux, Japan Airlines, LAN Chile, Martinair, SAS, Singapore Airlines and Qantas had coordinated various elements of price over the period from December 1999 to February 2006.
