[1] The respondents in this case are two companies incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines ("SVG"), which I will call "BBL" and "Harlequin Property". Both are owned and controlled by Mr. David Ames and are part of the Harlequin group, which develops and operates luxury Caribbean resorts.
