Introduction
[1] This is an application by Electrosteel to restrain the presentation of a winding up petition by Metalpol. It is not in dispute that in a letter dated 7th March 2014 Metalpol’s solicitors, BRM threatened to present a petition unless £264,091.05 was paid by 15th March 2014 and that it has not withdrawn the threat.
