The chances are that the problem you are experiencing has been
experienced by someone previously. Our goal is to ensure that
all our users get the maximum possible use of our products.

If you are having problems installing or accessing any of our products please select the product in question (CD or Online) and determine whether your issue matches one of those listed.
If your technical problem matches any of those listed, please follow the instructions to rectify the situation.

If your issue is not listed then please log a support request with us. This can be done by selecting "Support Request" (below) and filling in all the requested details. In return you will receive an initial acknowledgement e-mail and then you will receive an email or telephone call from one of our Technical Support Specialists, who will endeavour to rectify your problem as soon as possible.
