The premier annual conference from Family Law is designed to give you all the information you need to stay on top of recent developments. Attend and get a day’s worth of highly topical, specialist family law discussions, expert insight and case law analysis, including:

  • Ancillary relief update, including nuptial agreements after Radmacher
  • Current developments in private children law
  • Advising on conduct, disclosure and discovery in light of Imerman
  • Managing the impact of the recession on your family law practice
  • Schedule I Applications

This annual event continues to grow in prominence and provide the leading annual meeting place for family practitioners.

Featuring a keynote address by Sir Nicholas Wall and chaired once again by David Salter, Joint National Head of Family Law at Mills & Reeve, Family Law Conference 2010 will provide an excellent opportunity to get the latest information on all recent case law and developments. As well as providing commentary on ancillary relief hot topics, such as the impact of Radmacher and Macleod in practice, private children law, advising on conduct and disclosure and in the context of self-help, it will also help you steer your practice through the ongoing tricky economic climate.

Plus! For the second year running, Family Law is proud to offer the same prestigious event in north west England or indeed to those nationally for whom the London date is inconvenient.
