Kathy Richardson is a Senior Social Worker whose career has encompassed frontline practice in a number of areas including residential settings, child protection and court directed assessment services. Whilst working in the London Borough of Hackney Kathy developed her interest is using systemic approaches in her work with children and families, specifically relating to risk management. Kathy has acquired a reputation as robust and highly skilled practitioner, with specific expertise in working cross culturally in cases involving "honour" based violence and witchcraft and spirit possession.
